This Colorado county may have to return $500K in marijuana taxes collected to fund scholarships


The Colorado Court of Appeals has found that Adams County’s controversial, voter-sanctioned special marijuana tax is invalid, reversing the opinion of a lower court and siding with with three cities — Northglenn, Aurora and Commerce City — that sued over the tariff.
