cannabis-infused chocolate truffles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cannabis-infused butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it comes to a simmer.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chocolate chips and cannabis-infused butter. Stir until the chocolate and butter have melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
Once the mixture has cooled, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until it is firm, about 2-3 hours.
Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon or a small cookie scoop to scoop out small balls of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form truffles.
Place the cocoa powder and powdered sugar in separate shallow bowls.
Roll the truffles in the cocoa powder or powdered sugar to coat them.
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
Note: This recipe is intended for adults who are of legal age to consume cannabis and should be consumed in moderation. The dosage of the cannabis-infused chocolate truffles can be adjusted to individual tolerance.
